WWIN X TME Show management continues to receive reports that unauthorized companies have been sending out email messaging offering discounted rates at Las Vegas hotels. Some of these companies also pose as hotel housing representatives and call exhibitors to book rooms. Don’t be fooled! Customers who have fallen prey to these poachers have lost significant deposits; been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed.
