The show is open to the trade only. New buyers will be asked to provide a business ID at registration upon badge pick-up to confirm their affiliation with the womenswear retail industry. If you have concerns, please contact us at wwinshows@clarionevents.com.

  • Acceptable business ID items include:
    • Personal business identification with your company name and personal name (business card and/or official company letterhead stating employment status)
    • Company Check
    • Tax ID Number
    • Copy of your Business License, Seller's Permit, and/or Sales Tax Certificate
    • Business Invoices showing orders from the last 12 months related to womenswear retail purchases.
    • Personal Photo ID (valid driver's license, photo ID or passport) required to pick up badge.

Yes, please email WWIN.ES@clarionevents.com ahead of time and let your Exhibitor Services Manager know so we can alert security.

All booth package furnishings will be delivered to your booth in advance of exhibitor move-in. If you arrive and find that you are missing items, DON'T WAIT - alert anyone on the WWIN team, or please visit the nearest Fern Exhibitor Services Desk. They will get you what you need.

8 feet tall.

Unfortunately, expanding beyond the boundaries of your booth is not allowed for a number of reasons, including fire code. This will be enforced on-site and you will be asked to remove any part of your display that falls outside of your contained booth space. This includes any space between the booth's back wall/drape and the facility walls.

Exhibitor breakdown and move-out, begin Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Any exhibitor who begins to pack up their booth before that will forfeit their $200 Early Breakdown deposit.

Your Host hotel is The Palms, and all 4 nights of the show (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights) are covered. If you’re unsure about your room allotment or the upgrade process, contact our Exhibitor Service manager at wwin.es@clarionevents.com before booking.

If you would like to arrive before Sunday or stay beyond Wednesday you will still use the hotel booking link to book your entire stay, and the billing will be adjusted accordingly.

If you would like to book additional rooms beyond the rooms included in your contract, please use the 'additional hotel reservations' link located in the exhibitor hub.

Please note: **You will be asked to provide credit card information to complete your booking. You will not be billed for the 4 nights included in your contract. This card will only be charged if you do not arrive for your reservation, do not cancel within the hotel cancellation policy, or for incidentals and/or any additional nights booked beyond February 15th, 16th, 17th & 18th.**

Once registration is open, you will be able to register for staff badges (and lunch tickets) through your Exhibitor Resource Center.

Yes! Being able to easily navigate to and from our venue is at the top of our list as well as yours! The Expo allows you to walk in and out of the show floor, accessing free parking, rideshare, and taxi drop off just steps away from the show entrance and registration. 

It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting WWIN exhibitors and attendees via email and phone and in general, misrepresenting themselves as an official housing vendor for WWIN.

The only official housing company for WWIN is Connections Housing. All other companies do not have any affiliation with WWIN. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, WWIN management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
