As you may be aware, there have been recent changes with global data collection and privacy laws with the launch of GDPR. As part of our ongoing commitment and protection for our customers, we are no longer able to provide our exhibitors with the direct contact information for buyers at our shows.
But we DO have a new, easy, alternative way to continue to connect you with buyers you wish to meet with prior to the event and easily schedule appointments – WWIN Buyers Concierge Club Appointment-Setting System.
By now, you should have received an email that includes your login, password and details on how to access your new meetings account. Once in, you’ll be able to search buyers by type, buyer name, company name, geographic region and more – giving you even more access to search and reach buyers who are the best fit for your business and products!

The WWIN Show does not rent the attendee list. If you receive an email regarding an attendee list, please forward the email to Hannah Reagan at email@example.com.
Beware of hotel pirates & poachers
WWIN Show management continues to receive reports that unauthorized companies have been sending out email messaging offering discounted rates at the Rio and other hotels. Some of these companies also pose as Rio Hotel housing representatives and call exhibitors to book rooms. Don’t be fooled! Customers who have fallen prey to these poachers have lost significant deposits; been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed.Please report any unauthorized housing and travel solicitations to Hannah Reagan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
