As you may be aware, there have been recent changes with global data collection and privacy laws with the launch of GDPR. As part of our ongoing commitment and protection for our customers, we are no longer able to provide our exhibitors with the direct contact information for buyers at our shows.
But we DO have a new, easy, alternative way to continue to connect you with buyers you wish to meet with prior to the event and easily schedule appointments. For the February 2021 edition of WWIN, we’re re-introducing our popular, Buyers Concierge Club as CONNECT: Set appointments as you explore the show floor like never before.

Beware of hotel pirates & poachers
WWIN Show management continues to receive reports that unauthorized companies have been sending out email messaging offering discounted rates at the Rio and other hotels. Some of these companies also pose as Rio Hotel housing representatives and call exhibitors to book rooms. Don’t be fooled! Customers who have fallen prey to these poachers have lost significant deposits; been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed.Please report any unauthorized housing and travel solicitations to Samson Rutkin at firstname.lastname@example.org
