BUYERS CONCIERGE CLUB
As you may be aware, there have been recent changes with global data collection and privacy laws with the launch of GDPR. As part of our ongoing commitment and protection for our customers, we are no longer able to provide our exhibitors with the direct contact information for buyers at our shows.
But we DO have a new, easy, alternative way to continue to connect you with buyers you wish to meet with prior to the event and easily schedule appointments – WWIN Buyers Concierge Club Appointment-Setting System.
An easy way to request appointments for WWIN August 2020:
The WWIN Buyers Concierge Club Meetings Portal
For our August 2020 edition of WWIN, we’re bringing back the Buyers Concierge Club Appointment-Setting System to help you connect with vendors you wish to meet prior to the show and easily schedule appointments.
You should have received an introductory email about the Meetings Portal through Grip featuring your log in information.
If you need assistance, or don’t have your log in information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

SCAM WARNINGS TO EXHIBITORS
List rental scam
The WWIN Show does not rent the attendee list. If you receive an email regarding an attendee list, please forward the email to Samantha Hudak at email@example.com
Beware of hotel pirates & poachers
WWIN Show management continues to receive reports that unauthorized companies have been sending out email messaging offering discounted rates at the Rio and other hotels. Some of these companies also pose as Rio Hotel housing representatives and call exhibitors to book rooms. Don’t be fooled! Customers who have fallen prey to these poachers have lost significant deposits; been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. Please report any unauthorized housing and travel solicitations to Samantha Hudak at firstname.lastname@example.org
