CAN I STAY LATE TO FINISH MY BOOTH SET UP?

Yes, please let someone from the WWIN Team know so we can alert security.

WHEN WILL MY BOOTH FURNISHING BE DELIVERED?

All booth package furnishings will be delivered to your booth in advance of exhibitor move-in. If you arrive and find that you are missing items, DON'T WAIT - alert anyone on the WWIN team, or please visit the nearest FB International service desk. They will get you what you need.

HOW HIGH CAN I BUILD MY BOOTH?

8 feet tall.

CAN I PUT MANNEQUINS, RACKS, OR ANY PART OF MY DISPLAY IN UNUSED SPACE NEAR OR AROUND MY BOOTH?

Unfortunately, expanding beyond the boundaries of your booth is not allowed for a number of reasons, including fire code. This will be enforced on-site and you will be asked to remove any part of your display that falls outside of your contained booth space. This includes any space between the booth's back wall/drape and the facility walls.

WHEN CAN I DISMANTLE MY BOOTH?

Exhibitor breakdown and move-out, begin Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 8:01pm. Any exhibitor who begins to pack up their booth before that will forfeit their $200 Early Breakdown deposit.

WHAT ARE THE SHOW DATES & HOURS?

  • Tuesday, February 13 | 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Wednesday, February 14 | 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Thursday, February 15 | 8:00am – 8:00pm

IS MY FREE HOTEL ROOM BOOKED FOR ME, OR DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE RESERVATION MYSELF?

Hotel blocks will be available within the next few weeks.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY BOOTH STAFF?

Once registration is open, you will be able to register for staff badges (and lunch tickets) through your Exhibitor Portal.
