Appointment Setting Questions
Do I need to make an appointment?     
For the best possible experience it's recommended you make an appointment through the scheduler or pre-test on February 5th. If you do not make an appointment there may be wait times longer than the 30 minute window.

When will appointment setting be available?
Appointment setting is NOW available. Text "Hi" to 844-832-3521 to schedule your 15-minute on-site COVID-19 test now!

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule your appointment on your phone by texting "Hi" to 844-832-3521, or by scanning a Testing QR code onsite and following directions. Show management can help you schedule as well if you should need assistance.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment you may re-schedule or proceed to the Walk-in line.  Let the check-in desk know of your situation.

What if I can't set an appointment?
There will be a Walk-in line available on site and the option to pretest before you arrive to the event.

Can I change my appointment time?
Yes, you will be able to cancel an appointment and re-set your time by texting HELP to 844.832.3521.

Can I schedule more than one testing appointment?
You will only be allowed to schedule one primary appointment at a time. However, we are offering a 2nd test onsite before you travel back to your home destination.

Is there a technology requirement for appointment setting?
You can set an appointment through a smartphone, Laptop or any mobile device. Text "Hi" to 844-832-3521 to schedule your 15-minute on-site COVID-19 test now!

Can multiple people join me in my appointment?
Appointment setting is on an individual basis due to physical distancing protocol.

What if the appointment time I want is not available?
There is an option to pretest and there will be a Walk-in option starting on Sunday February 7th.  You can pre-test anytime under 72 hours prior to your arrival.  Walk-in lines will have longer wait times so please plan accordingly.

Will I get a reminder about my appointment?
Yes you will be reminded on your phone through an SMS message 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Do I need a confirmation to check in for my appointment?
For the best experience register for your primary event, make your Rapid Test appointment and then download the Navica App, there will be a check in desk onsite directing customers to the appropriate testing areas.  (Scheduled vs Walk-In)

I forgot my phone can I still check in for my appointment?
There will be a registration counter to check in at Hall D2. Yes, a staff member at the check in desk will be able to confirm your appointment time with a photo id, phone number, or email address used to book your appointment.

If I miss my appointment by 15 minutes is there a cutoff?
We recommend you reschedule your appointment for a new time slot in order to avoid longer wait times. You may also proceed to the check-in and let the ambassador know you missed your appointment.

I don't have a smart phone how should I proceed?
If you don't have a phone there is also an option to proceed through the walk-in line. (Note you can also register by computer pre-show). Or bring your pretest (negative) results onsite to receive a health screening wristband.

Do I need a separate Badge for Each Event?
Yes, Magic, OffPrice and WWIN will all require that you are registered individually for each event. To be tested onsite you'll need to show your registration confirmation from at least one of these events.

General Testing Questions
Is testing Mandatory?
Yes. To enter the show floor you either need to Pre-Test on February 5th or later (Under 72 Hours of your arrival) and show those results or take a Rapid Test on-site in Hall D2.

Can I Pre-Test?
Yes pre-testing is encouraged 72 hours (or less) before your arrival. Pre-test must be administered on, or after, Friday, February 5. Please plan accordingly.

What are my pretest options?
Pre-tests will be accepted from American Family Care (AFC), Costco/AZOVA, CVS Health, Discovery Health MD, GoHealth Urgent Care, Walgreens or a State Approved Testing Facility (can be found at your State Health Department website or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services website (HHS).

Who is doing the testing?
US Mobile Health will be administering the tests on-site using the Abbott Covid-19 Rapid Test. They are a CLIA certified testing lab.

What type of test is being administered?
BinaxNOW COVID-19 Ag Card test through Abbott Laboratories.

Do I need to be registered for an event to get tested?
Yes, you should be registered to attend at least one of the 3 events to be tested.

Do I need a separate Badge for Each Event?
Yes, Magic, OffPrice and WWIN will all require that you are badged individually for each event, to be tested onsite you'll need to display at least a badge from one of these events.

I have had COVID before, vaccine, etc. do I still need to test?
Yes, all individuals either need a negative result pre-test 72 hours or under prior to arrival or a Rapid Test on-site.  The Abbott Rapid test will not be affected by a previous positive test in the past 90 days, however, it is recommended that those who have previously had COVID-19 pre-test before arriving onsite.

I am at risk; is there anything special I should know?
All 3 events will have a special limited hour on site from 8am to 9am each day for high risk attendees.  While these are precautions to provide a safe environment through cleaning, PPE and testing, there is always risk when entering all public space.  Please contact your doctor or other qualified medical professional to determine whether you should trave and attend.

What happens if I do not consent to testing?
It is a requirement to either be pre-tested or tested on-site with negative test results to enter the event.

Do my Guest(s) need to be tested?
It is a requirement for everyone to either pre-test or test on-site with a negative test result to enter the event.

Is the testing process ADA compatible?
Yes, the testing area will be accessible and will be ADA compatible.

Is there a charge associated to testing?
Onsite Testing is free of charge for anyone registered for any three of the events. Pre-test options can be found at your state health department website or

Do I need insurance or medical information for testing?
No, it is a requirement to pre-test or test onsite for anyone entering the Event Halls, however, there will not be any medical information required nor will any of your test results be shared with any other party.  That information is the individuals Private Health Information (PHI).

Can my Doctor get a copy of the medical records?
You can share the information with your doctor on your own. The event organizers will not have access to your data or test results. 

Will my information be shared for contact tracing?
Show management will not have access to any of your Personal Health Information (PHI) nor will Show Management share any Personal Health information.  Testing result requirements vary by state, it will be the responsibility of the individual to check with their home state or read the terms and conditions of any contact tracing apps they have downloaded on their personal devices.

Do I need to test every day?
No, you will only be required to show proof of a Pre-test from February 5th or later or 1 test onsite.

I lost my wristband, can I get a new one?
If you lose your health screening wristband immediately report to a wristband station and let Show Management or Security know you have lost your wristband.  At that time you will be required to show proof of your previous negative test and will then be given a 2nd wristband.

Who will put my wristband on?
All individuals will be put on their own wristband. It is required to immediately put your wristband on after receiving it.  You  will not be allowed to enter the event floor without a wristband.

Do I get a new wristband each day?
No, you will receive one health screening wristband and wristbands must be worn for the duration of their attendance at the event.

Can someone be present with me during the appointment?
Appointment setting is on an individual basis due to physical distancing protocol.  However if you have a medical condition that requires assistance please notify the desk during check in.

Is this process HIPPA compliant?
Yes. No Personal Health Information (PHI) will be shared with any other parties and your PHI is your own private information to discuss or share at your own discretion.

How accurate is the testing process?
No Tests are 100% accurate and the Abbott Test has a success rate within the 97th percentile.  (under 3% for false results)

Testing Process Questions
What is the testing process?
Visitor will enter the testing area and sit at their own testing station.  Visitor will perform the nasal swab per healthcare professional's instructions.  Next the visitor’s sample is inserted into the test card, along with the reagent, and test results are usually interpreted in 15 minutes or less, using either the Navica App or a manual process with a printed sheet showing the visitor's test results.

How long does the test take?
The process with appointment will take approximately 30 minutes. The Rapid Test takes 15 minutes to get the results.  Please allow yourself enough time to walk over to Hall D2 and take the Rapid test.  If you don't make an appointment and go through the Walk In Line this could take a significantly longer time based on demand at peak hours.

Where do I go to get tested?
Hall D2 onsite.  You also have the option to pre-test up to 72 hours before your arrival to the event but no earlier than February 5th.  If you choose to test onsite, after first Registering for your primary event for a badge and making an appointment, then report to Hall D2 (West Wing of the Orange County Convention Center-Orlando) to be tested at your scheduled time.  Walk ins will also be accepted but it is recommended to set up an appointment for testing to avoid long wait times. 

Where do I go if I was pre-tested?
Pre-test verification will take place in Hall D2. You can also visit one of the desks at the Hyatt and Rosen Plaza.

What happens if I test positive?
If you test positive, a US Mobile Heath professional will take you to a private incident room for further instruction. Orlando Health will also be available for Tele-Heath consultations and guidance.  Any medical advice or guidance with regards to patient’s symptoms, medical condition, quarantine and/or isolation instructions, self-reporting or additional testing will be provided by Orlando Health or another authorized medical professional.

What is a Tele-Health Visit or session?
Telehealth visits are virtual office visits that let you video chat with a physician from the comfort of your home or wherever you are with internet access!  This service will be available in a private room on-site at the OCCC.

Who is Abbott?
Abbott Laboratories has supplied 25,000 of its *BinaxNOWTM COVID-19 Ag Card rapid test kits. BinaxNOWTM is a portable, rapid test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in nasal swabs from individuals suspected of COVID-19. Test delivers results in under 15 minutes with demonstrated sensitivity of 97.1% and specificity of 98.5% in clinical study.

What is Navica?
NAVICATM is a complimentary mobile app developed by Abbott to pair with the BinaxNOWTM COVID-19 Ag Card test. The app allows people who test negative to get an encrypted temporary digital NAVICA Pass, similar to an airline boarding pass. Our security provider will be able to view and verify the information on a mobile device to facilitate entry into the event.

Who is U.S. Mobile Health?
U.S. Mobile Health Exams will provide onsite testing services at MAGIC Pop-Up Orlando.  Based in Jacksonville, FL, U.S. Mobile Health Exams is a *CLEA certified mobile health testing service that is approved to administer the BinaxNOWTM COVID-19 Ag Card rapid test. USMHE is managed under the care of Medical Director Brian W. Maziarz, M.D.

Who is Orlando Health?
Orlando Health is a not-for-profit healthcare organization serving the southeastern United States and headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Founded more than a 100 years ago, OH operates 15 wholly owned hospitals and emergency departments with nearly 4,200 physicians and 22,000 team members. With a facility located across the street from the OCCC, Orlando Health has partnered with the convention center and Informa Markets to provide medical services and CDC guidance to MAGIC Pop-Up Orlando, OFFPRICE Show and WWIN Orlando Showcase customers, contractors and employees who are feeling unwell or receive a positive COVID-19 test onsite. 

What is the OCCC?
Orange County Convention Center, home of over 115 conventions attracting more than 1.5 million attendees annually, will host MAGIC Pop-Up Orlando, OFFPRICE Show and WWIN Orlando Showcase in February. The OCCC has partnered with Informa Markets to support the Onsite Testing Program and align with the Informa AllSecure Guidelines.

Who is United Security?
United Security Inc. will provide overall security services including negative test verification via the NAVICA app, pre-test validation, temperature checking, event credential verification and access control at MAGIC Pop-Up Orlando.

Who is 42Chat?
42Chat is the industry’s leading A.I. chatbot and SMS engagement provider.  Their AI Chat and HealthShield platform will serve as the communication and engagement platform with the purpose of discovering, scheduling and completing the screening and testing process.

What is OffPrice?
OFFPRICE Show is the leading B2B trade show for affordable fashion across all categories of apparel, footwear and accessories. OFFPRICE Show will take place February 9-11, 2021 in Orlando. OFFPRICE Show is owned and managed by Tarsus Group.

NAVICA APP Questions
What is the NAVICA APP?
This is a new app that Abbott designed to pair with their BinaxNOW rapid antigen test for COVID-19. The app works on iPhone and Android devices and allows people to store, access and display their BinaxNOW test results so we can more confidently return to life.

Where do I download the NAVICA APP?
NAVICA app can be downloaded from both the App Store® and Google Play™ at no charge

Where can I get support for the NAVICA APP?

Do I have to download the app to get tested?
No, You can pre-test 72 hours before arriving, no earlier than February 5th.  You can also make an appointment and test on-site without downloading the App.  For the best results and the quickest service however, it is recommended that you download the Navica App.
