ATTENDEE FAQS

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS TO ATTEND?

  • The WWIN Show is open to the trade only. 
  • New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your Registration Confirmation to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)
  • The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor or listings.
     

WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND?

  • The WWIN Show is open to the trade only.  Admission is free to qualified retailers. 

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

  • To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

WHAT IS THE PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

  • You are encouraged to pre-register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show. Pre-registration is open up to and during the show dates. 

DO YOU MAIL THE BADGES?

  • We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your Registration Confirmation via email. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily!
