IS THE FEBRUARY 2021 EDITION OF WWIN TAKING PLACE?

WHAT ARE THE PRECAUTIONS OR MEASURES IN PLACE REGARDING COVID-19?
  • Your health and safety is our priority. We’ve collaborated with our co-located event partners to ensure an event with a limited footprint of buyers and brands along with a number of protocols in place to protect your health and provide you with a safe and productive environment to conduct business. 
  • Measures will include, but not limited to: 
    • Temperature checks provided upon entrance.
    • Face masks required.
    • Physical distancing of 6 feet on both the show floor and in public spaces.
    • Continuous sanitation and deep cleaning.
    • Provide hand washing facilities and hand sanitizing stations.

  • Tuesday, February 9 – Thursday, February 11, 2021
    • Tuesday, February 9 | 9:00am – 6:00pm
    • Wednesday, February 10 | 9:00am – 6:00pm
    • Thursday, February 11 | 9:00am – 4:00pm
    • *Show floor open for at-risk individuals from 8:00 am – 9:00 am each day.

WHAT ARE THE ON-SITE BUYER REGISTRATION AND BADGE PICK-UP HOURS FOR THE WWIN SHOW?

  • Monday, February 8 | 8:00am - 6:00pm
    • We strongly recommend all exhibitors pick up their badges on Monday February 8 to assist with social distancing protocols. 
  • Tuesday, February 9 | 7:00am - 6:30pm
  • Wednesday, February 10 | 7:00am - 6:30pm
  • Thursday, February 11 | 7:30am - 4:00pm

I BOOKED MY HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS FOR FEBRUARY 2021, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • Please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience by calling Harrah's Las Vegas (800) 214-9110, tell the operator you are with the WWIN Show and need to cancel your reservation.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE EVENT AND HOW MUCH IS IT?

  • Yes! Parking at the Orange County Convention Center rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more here>>  

WHAT IS THE BEST AIRPORT TO FLY INTO?

  • Orlando International Airport

AM I ABLE TO RENT A WHEELCHAIR OR ELECTRICAL SCOOTER FOR THE EVENT?

  • Yes! The Orange County Convention Center is wheelchair and scooter accessible. Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround. Learn more here>> 

ATTENDEE FAQS

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS TO ATTEND?

  • The WWIN Show is open to the trade only. 
  • Buyers (new and returning) are asked to upload a copy of 1 form of business ID when registering to confirm your affiliation with the womenswear retail industry. Your badge registration status will be “pending” until your documents are reviewed (within 3 business days). If you have concerns or issues uploading your materials, please contact us at wwinshows@clarionevents.com.
    • Acceptable business ID items include:
      • Personal business identification with your company name and personal name (business card and/or official company letterhead stating employment status)
      • Company Check
      • Tax ID Number
      • Copy of your Business License, Sellers Permit, and/or Sales Tax Certificate
      • Business Invoices showing orders from last 12 months related to womenswear retail purchases.
      • Personal Photo ID (valid driver’s license, photo ID or passport) required to pick up badge.
    • All guest registrations will be processed at the show. Please do not register your guests as buyers as they will be required to show business ID to receive the badge.  
  • The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor or listings.
     

WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND?

  • The WWIN Show is open to the trade only.  Admission is free to qualified retailers. 

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

  • To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

  • You are encouraged to register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show. Registration now! You have up to and during the show dates. 

DO YOU MAIL THE BADGES?

  • We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your Registration Confirmation via email. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily!

I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY REGISTRATION; HOW CAN I DO SO?

ARE THERE DISCOUNTED HOTEL RATES?
